The view from the breakfast area was amazing.

When you are in the sauna/jacuzzi area you can hear the music played by other guests in the gym area. All guests should wear earphones in these cases.

The room was perfect, I loved the view in the balcony. Really good breakfast and kind personal.

The property is incredibly beautiful. I would return to Bogota just to stay here!

The location was wonderful, with many places to eat around the park and even a drugstore in the block. It felt safe and great to walk around. I was working remotely from there and the hotel provided great working space on the bedrooms and on the 4th floor. The views from the rooftop bar/breakfast were also great to work and get a fresh view of the mountains. Also the hotel is near zona T with many bars and even more restaurants. I definitely recommend it. Great beds and shower by the way.

The location, the breakfast, the comfort of the room, everything was great. The room had a balcony that overlooked the mountains. Everything one could need (except strangely hand soap) was in the room. The breakfast was the best I've had in the city (except everything needed salt) Would certainly go again.

The entrance to the hotel was hidden away and the personnel was professional but not particularly friendly. They have a million light switches which was strange but everything else was great. The hotel was expensive. Worth it for the comfort, but still very expensive.

The hotel was exceptional. We wanted somewhere special to stay for the last night of our trip to Colombia and this hit the mark and more! We booked two rooms. Both were very spacious and had balconies with city views. The breakfast was great and the hotel was in a good location on the Pargue 93. There are lots of bars and restaurants within the hotel and in easy walking distance.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. The apartment was really spacious with kitchen area, dressing room and all needed amenities. The location was also great, right next to Parque 93 which has a lot of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself has a really nice restaurant for dinner and drinks at the rooftop where in the morning the breakfast is served as well. Delicious breakfast by the way. The rooms are quiet even if outside it might be noisy at times. The staff was very friendly and supported us with everything we needed, especially Rodrigo. The area is safe you can walk without any concerns and enjoy your stay in Bogota! Nice view from the balcony over Bogota.

Staff was super nice, I made a mistake with the reservation dates and they were super nice about it and fixed everything

Spacious suite, friendly/professional staff, good security. Very good breakfast with attentive service.

All the appliances (washer/ceramic stove, television) are the Challenger brand. I found them all confusing/difficult to operate. Might be helpful to have bilingual operating instructions (could find nothing online).

Room was not cleaned properly, dirty used glass at sink. Sink had hair shavings inside... I felt the whole room must not have been cleaned. It ruined my stay..

The breakfast is amazing and the staff at breakfast are outstanding.

Staff person at reception did not give me a “checkout” pass bc of which I was hold back at the main door by security like a criminal. After going back I was told I need to pay extra fees for “shared” room which was not the case. After insisting to talk to his manger and letting me (and other guests in line) wait for 25 minutes I was finally told that it’s Ok without any apology. One of my worst experiences with such an incompetent staff (see photo)

I booked for apartment, APARTMENT 2 beds, They gave simple hotel room 1 bed. They never answer phone calls.
