and keen to find solutions. I really appreciated that
even though I don’t speak Portuguese, they made
an effort to speak en English and/or Spanish so we
could understand each other.
The hotel is very well located, I would say that it’s at
one of the best zones in São Paulo and the cost is
good.

the pillows have had an bed had a smell as if it was not cleaned (besides fresh linen) for years . also the evlevator and even the front desk where super dirty . after giving feedback nobody really cared or acknowledged in any form that this is a very big issue .

housekeeping the cleanliness and towel guality. the linen were all stained. even after he sheets were new there were stains on the white sheets.

May 2021The location is great. There are many shops and restaurants to visit. If you stayed for a week and went to each restaurant within two blocks, you wouldn’t eat at the same place twice. It’s also located on a one way street with a perpendicular intersection that allows easy access in and out, and there is never a traffic jam out front. The size of the room is perfect. There is enough room not to feel like you’re in a closet. The breakfast is very fresh with great variety of different food and plenty of fruits and proteins as well. All staff members at the facility were pleasant to work with. Most of them also speak English which was great because my Portuguese is not the best.

Where to start… the water in the shower doesn’t warm up, there are prostitutes at breakfast, everything feels and looks cheap, it was way over priced, they won’t deliver towels (they say they will and just don’t show up), bad food, even worse coffee. Just a miserable experience - good thing that it is surrounded by bars so you can drink to forget that you’re even staying there.
