weekend with family very nice hotel great rooms and facilities

We booked this hotel for the last two days of our 10 days stay in Oman. We wanted to kick back and relax. We were positively suprised about the friendliness of all the people working here from the reception staff till the people who welcome you at breakfast. Breakfast was amazing, pity is that we are not very big eaters and mostly eat just fruit and yoghurt but you can chose from so many options here. Swimming pool was great, my husband and I did swimming in the 25 m swimming pool and our kids were playing in the fun pool. You can order food from tomato restaurant, which we did and that was ok. I even took a walk over the beach and we went running over the boulevard. We didn't eat dinner here but in a nearby restaurant, which was walking distance from the hotel. Comfy beds and nice rooms. Very satisfied and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to kick back and relax.

WE BOOKED THE CLUB ROOM AND WERE GREETED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL, RIGHT FROM THE CONCIERGE TO THE LOUNGE WAS BRILLIANT. SPECIAL THANKS TO MARIAN MAGADIA FOR MAKING OUR STAY EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASANT. IT WAS THE WIFE'S BDAY AND THEY MADE IT EXTRA SPECIAL.

mattress is hard like a rock. pillows are hard and terrible. totally unacceptable for a five star hotel charging double the market rate. did not sleep all night !!!!!

-The vicinity was perfect -the bolcony was overviewed to city and sea -very organized breakfast menue for room service dining which was served on time - nice follow up - clean and comfy room -polite staff

-The taste of the coffee capsules were not matched to my expectaion -water was served as reusable glass bottles which are invironmentally safe and ecofriendly but I have no idea about hygiene points - Crowded iftar buffet even in the intrance to be seated and check for the reservations with open access for every one to ice cream main containers.It was perfect that the ice cream was served by a glove wearing staff

The staff were really Kind and friendly and they helped in everything, the rooms are very clean and the food is suitable for everyone!! Definitely coming again!!

The staff go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. The breakfast has a good range of items and plenty of coffee. This was a really nice place to spend time during the COVID curfew. We had travelled from outside Muscat for an appointment and could not return home before the curfew started. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again, with or without a curfew.

We had nothing to dislike it was all good.

i had to get a taxi from the hotel that charges triple the price of OTAXI app. i walked out of the hotel and then ordered an OTAXI .

The room was very comfy, modern and sophisticated. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. The food was good.

Outdoor area is very old.

The room was very clean and house keepping would do a good job of maintaining that level of cleaniness. Breakfast was excellent, all sorts of options.

Even though the beach is gorgeous, it wasn’t clear on the booking that it was a public beach and not a private one. The hotel offers no support for you to attend the beach, such as chairs, towels or shade.

The room was clean well decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you to Kadja who serve us with great attention.

I booked half board but they inform me that I have only 20 OMR limit. When we book for half-board in other hotels is included the dinner buffet is free except the additional beverage. They oblige you to eat at Tomato restaurant the quality of food is avarage and the price is expensive so you can only order a main course, forget the starter. The hotel is a city hotel not really a resort with access to the beach. There is no sunbeds in the beach and lifeguard so the hotel take no responsability you can only enjoy with the view from the garden. There is no cotton swab, cotton, dental care all necessities in the room. The check-in and check out was too long and slow, the staff is not really trained. It is very cold inside of the hotel and hot outside so you can have a thetmic shock and cold easily the air condition should be checked.

Less quality of breakfast compared to other 5 star or even 4 star hotels.

The rooms have all recently been renovated, and the hotel has a lot of facilities, including a number of pools and some great restaurants. Highly recommend Trader Vics and Takara.

While the rooms have been renovated some of the facilities are showing their age and could do with sprucing up. Also the breakfast options in the morning were limited.

The room are spacious and clean and the location of the hotel is amazing the staff were really helpful and kind I felt welcomed since the moment I walked in

The newly renovated rooms are beautiful and comfy. Breakfast is super delicious and sumptuous. The best asset the hotel has is Ahmed at the reception. At check-in in he handled the reception single handedly and still provided awesome service and was always there to help. He is simply outstanding.

While the rooms are nicely renovated, the dark balusters take away from the new airy feeling and are blocking the view to the ocean, when inside the room. Maybe they could be replaced with glass, so a guest can enjoy an uninterrupted view.

The location was very good, had an amazing breakfast spread. Many restaurants options.

The pools aren't very clean. Not much to do for kids.

the room cleaning button no one cares about i went out with my friends and before I left I pushed the button and when i came back no one cleaned the room i had to call the reception to ask to clean my room and also they took my bath ropes when they first cleaned it and never returned it until I called the reception again

The location is in the middle of Corniche and near bolivard / so many opt of restaurants and cafes is near walking distance, The room is spacious with a small balcony, Breakfast was excellent with variety

Only the price of accommodation, I was expecting to have bath tub in the toilet but it was regular standing shower
