They do not speak english.
Convenient stay but an airport hotel should have more English speaking staff
May 2022It's a convenient place to stay before an early morning flight. The shuttle is very good and easy to book. It's close to the airport so it doesn't take very long at all.
The main issue was the language barrier. It took far too long to check-in and organise the shuttle for the following morning. I was so tired from my trip and then needing to do constant translation that I didn't bother asking about the breakfast that was included with my room. It took so long to check in that I just wanted to go and rest after that rather than try to ask about breakfast the next morning too when it would have taken even longer to ask.

Jan 2020Everything was great: location, price, airport shuttle, comfy and clean rooms. Definitely a bargain for the price.
Not a lot of western options for breakfast but to be expected given the mostly local clientele.
