very useful all utensils and kitchen appliances available.. location is cheap to grab to pavilion area.. RM6 only by grab..

a lot of things was available but have to be requested.. face towel,toothbrush,bedroom slippers,bathrobe location is walkable to pavillion but not really safe with dark alleys to walk in between.. daytime is ok..

Very spacious room! The location was good. Near to pavillion. It is within walking distance (10min walk). But I didnt like that to get there we had to walk through some dirty streets where we saw a lot of rats. the room itself was very good and clean!

Very spacious and comfortable room. Good size refrigerator.

The room is not very clean. Daily housekeeping only made the bed, change towel, refilled water and toiletries. The floor and counter top not cleaned often. The kitchen is not v clean. Could have been better.

The staff. The receptionists who worked on the morning shift were brilliant. I am very impressed with their swift response when I needed to extend my check out time. They handled my request in a very polite and professional manner. Needless to say, the check in procedure was well managed by them. A very big thank you to the team.

The size of room bath tub

- It is funny, I book this hotel mainly of its location as as per many reviews, very close to Pavilion, but the process of walking there with young children is not enjoyable at all, you have to go through some busy roads, and some very very run down and not very safe looking alleys. My first step out of the hotel main door is greeted with a naked homeless guy lying at the bus stop right in front of the hotel main entrance, what a way to start my holiday, that sum up the mood. - my stay come with free buffet breakfast, there are seriously under staffs, nobody care about u, u just find your own seat, shift your own table and chairs, get you own cutlery and with some luck, u can still manage to get some food from the serving bar, so many people "fighting" for the very limited food. The second morning I skip the breakfast altogether as the que to the breakfast area is unimaginable. - the room is big, but very aged, the reno, furniture, equipment all need major attention and upgrade. - with the price, i wouldn't return to this hotel, I would go for some hotels that are really near to Pavillion (really within walking distance, Park Royal Serviced Suite is not), like WOLO, Pavilion Hotel, Pullman, I am willing to pay slightly more for them, especially the WOLO which looks fantastic.
