Jun 2021We stay here very regularly and really appreciate the shuttle service to/from the airport and the opportunity to leave a car between visits. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Jan 2022We had a very spacious 2 bedroom unit. The unit was much bigger than we had expected. It was comfortably furnished, clean and tidy. The kitchen area was also spacious with a big fridge, full stove and oven. This would have been great if we were staying longer. The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Fantastic shuttle service available taking us out to a restaurant for dinner and to the airport the next morning. The location is close to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Apr 2021The shuttle service to and from the airport is amazing. I was upgraded to a 2 brm apartment, which, while older, was in excellent condition, with a fridge freezer. The restaurant on site does great food, and there are plenty of options through delivereasy.

I booked this motel for the on-site restaurant, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed for a private function. I also asked for a wake up call as we had an early morning flight. We received no call at all.

Oct 2021There was a full kitchen and a lovely backyard. It was nice to sit in the back in the morning while waking up. The room was also a nice size and very comfortable.
The breakfast options are really expensive and there are not many "light" options for people like me who don't like to eat a lot in the morning. It would be nice to have some more varied options.

Dec 2021The comfort of the bed, mainly! But there were two comfy chairs to sit on too.
They didn't have ground coffee so there was none in the kitchen but there was a cute little pot for making it. One of the bedside lights wouldn't stay on but there were plenty of other choices.

Nov 2022The bed was extremely comfortable however we did not need the 8 pillows on the bed.
The placement of a 2 metre x 600mm plain mirror on the wall beside the bathroom door is extremely dangerous as numerous times I walked into the mirror thinking I was walking into the bathroom. As this was the accessible unit used mainly by those who may be sight impaired or disabled please seriously consider removing it as it is not needed. The placement of 2 large very heavy armchairs in front of the wardrobe made access to wardrobe impossible without shifting these.

Dec 2022So handy when we flew in from Australia at 1am , we grabbed a taxi when we arrived the reception said we should have called them they would have picked us up but they did kindly drop us back to the airport in the morning to collect our hire car

Everything is perfect, But they should advertise saying that these rooms are only for summer like that as the room which I stayed, didn't have air conditioner and the room is very hot.

I stayed on the basis it had an on site restaurant but I would not eat in house again, particularly given there is a selection of eating houses 5 minutes away. Pork Belly was dry, over cooked, burnt on the bottom.
