The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin

The room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. Big bath, TV behind the mirror, speakers in the ceiling. Great view and very quiet room.

Amazing experience. Very attentive staff, beautiful room, delicious meals. The staff have extremely high standards. Very clean room with lots of special touches. I couldn't have eaten any more if I'd tried! A stay to be remembered.

Staff is very polite and friendly, highly well-trained. They kindly set some balloons and some lights in the room as they knew I was celebrating my marriage anniversary. They also offered a late check-out and we're very helpful at all time. The food provided was also wonderful. The hotel is very quiet and has a calm atmosphere, great for relaxing

As a foreigner I would like to see more bread variates during breakfast time. Yet it's just a very minor issue.

Service is unmatched, with excellent staff, great bed and beautiful building.

Breakfast is just ok for western food. Selection is limited. Same for evening meal, limited selection, meat is good but not much else available. The meal is also expensive for what is on offer. Not great value. I think they used to have a wider selection.

It’s old school service, luxury and style. Very friendly and professional staff. Lovely, stylish rooms. Good breakfast.

The lobby bar (Flair) is overpriced (even accepting for high prices at such a venue), and has less charm than Astors Hotel bar quite literally over the road.

I loved the location of the Ritz-Carlton as close to the river, shops, restaurants and other places of interest. The hotel is positioned to easily walk around or hire a bike using Didi or Meituan Apps. I would happily stay again as I loved the atmosphere, friendly staff and comfort of my room and facilities.

I’d recommend paying for the executive lounge access. Beautiful surroundings and great service

Staff somewhat unfamiliar with requirements for foreigners in China

Booked for my elderly mum, celebrating her 80 birthday. Hotel arranged cake,present,noodle for her, very thoughtful. They showed ritz_carlton legend,they will do almost everything to make your stay a happy memory. Vctoria suite is spacious, clean,elegant and classy.Food are fantastic at the "香溢餐厅". Club services are great for anyone who wants something light. This hotel suits anyone at any age,including the elderly. Special thanks to Chris from concierge & Ms Zhou. Will recommend to everyone, will go again soon.

Nothing,everything is perfect

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was unbeatable, as were the facilities and location. The staff were super helpful, and really went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time. They even recommended us halal restaurants (which we thought we’d struggle to find in Tianjin), and ensured there was halal available at the breakfast menu. The property itself was stunning. We had a balcony which faced the property garden, and the room decor was very Victorian British (which just so happens to be my thing). The bathrooms were amazing. The gym is open 24 hours, and I’ve run out of words to say just how good this hotel is. I will definitely be returning.
