Jan 2023This is a lovely little hotel, excellent value for money with friendly, welcoming staff. Location is perfect - a quiet neighbourhood and convenient for some of the best restaurants in the city. The rooms are scrupulously clean, breakfast is plentiful and made to order. I visit Bogotá frequently, have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Three things: the room hadn't been properly cleaned; the bathroom doesn't have good ventilation; the security vault in the room was closed and couldn't be used

They said you can reserve the parking but that wasn't the case, they told me I couldn't reserve and I had to check in before they could tell me if they had any parking spots available. I was planning on arriving late at night so I had to park in a different hotel parking and pay extra. The breakfast was not that good and the shower was dirty.
