All the staff are friendly.They treated us woth respect&courtesy.The staff always greeted is with a smile&always offering their help.Housekeeping services were excellent.The whole place was always clean@ sanitized.To s it up,we had a wonderful& comfortable experience.Will definitely make ARUGA our place of residence on our next visit.
We wish the cafe lounge&spa were open but due to covid precautions we understand why its closed.

Aug 2022Very comfortable for longer stays, with nicely equipped rooms. Terrifically convenient. Just outside the crowded part of Makati and more manageable than BGC. Walking distance to lots of restaurants around Rockwell and the amenities of the elegant and well designed Power Plant mall. The bellhops and security staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Some furniture in the room shows wear and tear, and the front desk staff are sometimes hard pressed to even be polite to guests. They could be a little nicer, in my view. A couple of times a week they’d somehow forget to clean my room even with the clean room sign on. Twice I had the misfortune of having neighbors (tourists) who hosted loud parties in their rooms. If you’re staying longer than a day or two, skip the breakfast vouchers - overpriced for a limited menu. So many other choices in Rockwell.

- The Location is really good
- The hotel is next to a big mall where you can find everything you need "hotel has a tunnel from the parking to the mall so you don't have to walk in the street".
- The wifi is great.
- The apartment is well equipment, a washing machine, a dryer, kitchen.. etc.
The hotel housekeeping policy is only for those booking for more than 7 days but they provide you with new towels and toilet paper whenever you ask, so you need you clean the room by yourself.

Aug 2022The images provided seemed slightly larger than in real life, but the room itself was still wonderful. The location of the hotel was very convenient and fitting to our needs; it had a mall you could walk to through the basement, a variety of restaurants to choose from, and a huge sense of security was evident. Breakfast was outsourced from 2 other establishments, which was a plus, you had more option to choose from every morning. Overall, this is my new HOME when visiting the Philippines, I would not want to stay anywhere else. So Aruga, Please have room for us when we return!!!
There a few issues with the room but I wouldn't make such a big deal out of it, we did stay longer than your usual vacation trip. So I am thinking that the usual maintenance schedule was not possible since we occupied the room. Hmm....the only issue I had was that we constantly had to log into the wifi whenever we let the room or if a device was turned off.
