Oct 2020Very friendly staff and helpful... not only did they upgraded my room for free... but call me to get back my left over spare phone within 5 mins I step out of the building...

Sep 2021The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would like to commend your staff Mae/May she helped me a lot since I don’t have a WeChat pay to be able to watch the movie and also she was very proactive by helping me print an important document I needed the next day. Please send my thanks to her. She was a great staff she took me beyond my expectations for the hotel she was a keeper! Keep it up. I will definitely stay here again once if I ever come back to Guangzhou 🙂👍
The breakfast selection was quite few. And Windows on the restaurant should be cleaned every time it was very dusty.
