Rooms were not sound proof. The toilet is too close to the bathroom glass. The glass cover is only half so tendency for water spill on the floor.

Jun 2022The place was not so crowded and we had a smooth check in and check out experienced. Friendly and accommodating staff. The pool opens at 6.00 am, we enjoyed it. Near to MOA and airport.

The room stay it could fit for 4 people but the toiletries are only good for 2 people extra toiletries $1000peso each person. They should change this design when it says fits 4 people in the room it should be 4 toiletries set.
Hotel with sea view and close to shopping mall.
Jan 2023The hotel was nice. It was close to the shopping mall. It had a great view from the roof top and from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy.
There was no telephone shower. The restaurant was pricey with less food selection.
Guess we will think about return after this experience - don't know how the hotel could change it.
May 2022Stayed at the Tryp many times so knew what to expect .. and for location and staff it was excellent as always. Stayed with my family so we had two adjoining rooms which was nice. We had a City View room for the 3 nights our family were with us then we transferred to a Bay View for our last two nights. I must say that the bay view rooms are similar but felt much nicer.
Swimming pool on the roof great as always.
As I said we have stayed here many times and never had an issue before. But maybe just a change in our luck but for every night we were surrounded by noisy neighbours late through the night to 2-3 am. Surprised how much we could hear.
The staff did move us after the first 3 nights but it happened again on our 4th night.
We had issues booking through the Tryp App so in the end had to use Booking.com who don't offer rooms inclusive of breakfast. With a family of 8 spread over the two rooms we though 750+ each for breakfast was bit high just for breakfast. I guess if they bail it into the room price i wouldn't think about it so much.
I do hope Tryp sort my points out ... not holding my breath

Could have given you 5 stars but hotels near airport should include transport facilities for guests from and to the airport. Guests would not mind adding extra, so long as it is reasonable, for transport from/to airport.

Good and helpfull staff throuhout the hotel.
Free shuttle to the Mall of Asia but it was only a 10 minute walk otherwise.
Took a very long time to check in and out.
The price charged seemed very different to the one quoted on booking.com, beware of hidden taxes.
The food in the restaurant was nice but quite expensive, given the other options in the area, maybe the pricing needs to be reviewed.
750 PHP each for breakfast was very steep, thats 3000 Php per day for a family of 4!

Aug 2022Ordered R/S BF , I was expecting pre plated meals, instead got all stuffed in to burger buns and the crispy fish fillet was raw, informed the steward when collecting the plates no one got back to me, went to the restaurant and asked the same guy what happened he went looking for a supervisor it was too late for me and had to go. that was the only issue other than that very good place to stay.
