Apr 2022We all enjoyed during our stay at Lake Palace Hotel.
Rooms are clean and hygienic. The behaviour of all the staff members of Lake Palace Hotel are wonderful and are of helping nature.

Food quality is not up to the mark. Complimentary breakfast should include healthy food also(should have some salad, sprouts,juices, egg, healthy food also). Should provide towel and complimentry tea/coffee on arrival.Per day rate should be less.

Jan 2022The water in the washroom was leaking and drinking water and towels were less and I feel the food charges are too high which they are charging won't go again.
For cleaning the car he took 100 rupees and he has not even put the car mat back he kept it their only .

Wifi facility should be improved and price for per night should be reduce as per hospitality they offers.
Absolute disappointment, breakfast was served at 9.30-9.45 that too after several requests.

Food quality, breakfast timings. Breakfast was served after 9.30 which is too late for a guests who has plans to move out early for sightseeing, hot water tap was not working, staff did not helped despite several requests, food quality too poor to pay the amount being charged.

Dec 2021Room was clean and spacious. It was very comfortable for 5 people. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Location is also attractive. Venna lake is 2km away.
Paav bhaji for breakfast was pretty unusual. Taste was good but menu selection could have been better.
