Jun 2022The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms was clean and tidy. For a two Star hotels I like everything about it. They do have a menu in the room for Chinese takeaway. I am not really into Chinese food or pizza. I would like local or creole food.
It has a few items not working. Like the Safe was not working. It could be a very simple task. The battery could be dead. The slides door lock leading to the balcony the left door lock was broken. Not a lot of eating places near by. The hotel should provide you with a map plan to get out and back into the hotel. I ordered a taxi at the reception by email and received a confirmation email back. No taxi arrive at the airport to pick me up. I don't want to go on and on. All this should have been check before you rent the room. I didn't report about the Safe and the door as it was not my job. Anyway I was only staying for two nights.
Good place to stay on departure night
Sep 2022The staff is lovely and facilities are great. 24/7 reception is great, especially when you have an early flight. Perfect location to go to the airport and be close enough to the centre - about a 15 minute walk. There is free covered parking and you can even wash your car there.
It was quite noisy all night, which isn't pleasant when you have to get up early but overall it was good.

Sep 2021The people are so lovely, friendly, and helpful. Laundry service was fast and easy. Great location! Bus station was easy to find and not far to walk to. Good food all around! Bed is super comfortable 🙂

May 2022The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was acceptable. One of the shower heads worked very well. The breakfast was excellent and good value (but we had to pay extra for it)
The exterior of the hotel is run-down. There was only one blanket for the bed, and too few pillows. One of the shower heads did not work well. We previously got a much better deal at another hotel in Saint Denis for just a few hundred rand more.

Feb 2023The hotel is one of the closest to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. They book us a taxi to get to the airport early in the morning.
The room is outdated and stuffy. When you take a shower, the whole bathroom is wet. Our AC remote wasn’t working and the staff couldn’t fix it. The price is a bit high for what you get.

One of the staff at the desk lied to us about the technician coming tomorrow to fix something but another staff told us that the technician was on leave. There was only one adapter which we couldn’t get a hold of to charge our phone when there was a lot of people coming abroad without the ability to charge their phones. For the price we payed, they could have given us some breakfast but we did not receive even a bit of water to drink also the tv did not connect to the wifi. The location was not really good for tourist’s. They should provide some entertainments for the customers

Oct 2022The bed was fine and the internet worked, and with the exception of the million ants coming out of the toilet/wall area, the room itself was clean.
The whole place had a bit of a creepy vibe and the sheer number of tiny ants all over my bathroom was gross. Worse, the staff just said "oh yeah, sometimes we get ants when it rains" as if I was making it up. to be fair, they did give me bug spray when I asked for it--but looked rather aggrieved at the request. I sprayed and sprayed and shut the door (so as not to choke on the fumes). The hallway was kind of dark and creepy. As a single woman traveling alone and arriving at 900 pm more or less, it was not a great feeling. The "parking lot" is an absolute nightmare and it's nearly impossible to maneuver around. The receptionist had to get two guys to come work together to get my car out since another car had semi-blocked me in and my 3- years of driving experience couldn't get me out of that space without help.
