There was an order of pancakes during breakfast that took too long to come out and when we asked for it to be taken out there was no syrup or chocolate syrup included
We have nice stay.

Mar 2020Stayed for my father’s birthday. The front desk officer who assisted us was so kind to prepare a cake for my father and gave us a late check out benefit. The breakfast at Fresh is also amazing. Lots of food choices and really tasty.
Since it’s a casino, the smell of cigarette lingers all throughout the lobby and even the hallway.

The breakfast was fantastic! I love that there are so many healthy options like fresh fruits, yogurt, trifle, chia. The capuccino is great and I love that there was soy milk option. We had dinner at Kiwa and the food was excellent. Service is wonderful all around. My girlfriend and I visited the salon and we had a wonderful nail care experience. I also had a 90 minute massage and it was so relaxing.
The toilet in our room didn't flush well. I called for service but they never came.

As a primarily Casino/hotel I don't think it is suitable as a "family" hotel, there were lots of children staying.

Jan 2023I have plenty of friends and family and always invest in buying them gifts/pasalobong from the nearby mall; i was stopped by security and my items taken to be checked in by security. I was not able to buy more items because of the crazy role.

Feb 2023I had booked 2 de luxe rooms with bay view and king beds. What we got were 2 rooms with parking building view and 2 beds in each room. Got in at midnight so too tired to request for change.
