Feb 2023They gave a free upgrade, which was awesome. The rooms were clean, and the bed was so comfy.
I stayed for night and needed ironing they told me they would take the clothes at 8 am and return it in 10 minutes. The next day i called and they arrived at 8:30 telling me they will take the clothes but they start the laundry at 9 and it takes at least 3 hours, and i was in hurry i had a plane to catch. This was so horrible because they lied to me. One more thing, the shower was cold, and the pressure was so low.

Hot water flow was not constant. Maintnenace didn't properly fixed it. They left the bathroom messy.

Apr 2022I booked a non smoking with two beds. The reception changed for a Smoking Room with one bed. So that an uncorfortable bed has been added. The room was unconfortable because of the smoking smell.
The "unofficial" taxi arranged by the hotel costed 100 Sar to go back to the airport; when the "official" taxi arriving from the airport the day before costed 53 Sar.
The water in the washing hands basin did not flush down.
