Very comfortable distance for walking to Malioboro. Good hearty breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The AC leak, refrigerator does not work, shower does not work, the rooms are poor, no wardrobe, no hands towels, electric connector almost fall from the wall, need a good paint etc etc

- There was variety in the Indonesian breakfast being served during our 5D4N stay, and the soto ayam was great. - The front office and housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful (e.g., assistance in rapid antigen tests required by the airlines) and accommodated our needs (e.g., anti-slip rubber mat for the bathroom).

The hotel should make full use of the spacious rooms by adding chairs and a table for guests to put their things.

The place was fantastic, we really enjoyed our time there, the room was very big and super clean, everything was replenished the minute it ran out. The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way. I extended our stay and got a discount as a sign of gratitude. The room service offered fantastic food that we reordered on many occasions. I can really recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great value for money and a truly rewarding experience.

The location and the staff's hospitality offset the hotel's shortcomings. Personally, I will return to this hotel because of its excellent position near Malioboro.

The floor is very slippery. The aircon was leaking on the floor, and I slipped three times while wearing the hotel sandals, so I prefered walking around barefoot for safety. There is no soundproofing, so I can hear the TV and people's conversations next door. The bathroom needs a good scrub.
