Mar 2023Very clean and comfy room. The location is excellent for those who would like to explore Shinsaibashi and Dontoburi. They are in walking distance.
The neighbourhood looks a bit complex at night but if walking in a group should not be a problem.
Classy digs in a optimal location
Aug 2019Very classy place w all sorts of amenities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Laundry was available and there was a nice lounge area useful for before and after check-in/check-out. The staff was extremely hospitable and among other things held our luggage after checkout so we could explore unencumbered. Location is right by market and shopping areas around Dotonburi and not too far from Namba. The hotel itself is very close to the Shinsaibashi metro stop. We would stay again for sure.
There was an unsightly stain on the curtains.

Jun 2019This hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. Location was great. Staff were friendly. It was so modern and the free coffee was great! This is closest to a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

May 2019The location of the hotel is perfect near Shinsaibashi shopping strip and Dotonbori area. Also the Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi underground stations are nearby. There's only something like 50 meters walk to access the Crysta underground shopping strip and through Crysta you can access both underground stations easily.
Breakfast was substantial and good value for money.
We had a standard double room which is quite small but I guess all hotel rooms in big cities in Japan are like that. The shower was great and Toto washlet excellent ;-)
All in all a great hotel at the best location!

the room was amazing, the shower was my favorite especially.
the restaurant for breakfast was great and the food was amazing! I especially love that I could make my morning latte like how I usually do since they come with variety of syrups 😌

Jan 2023staff were very helpful, rooms are decent sized, location is excellent. free flow 247 cappuccino latte etc. I have to mention something that I’ve never reviewed before - the toothbrush is amazing.. I suppose for Asian size it’s hands down the best hotel toothbrush ever 🤣
