Very nice location happy with the caffeteria inside the room and the highlight is every thing is available inside the room itself. As it is located in the hotspot area we felt comfortable.

Very good service and the amenity they have is fabulous and it's all in good not they give you more priority . The room I had stayed was very comfortable and clean and they are available for us anytime will surely recommend for all my friends.Do not go by the negative reviews as of my experience those seem to be no way related to them on a negative note

Very comfortable stay in hotel room were clean and more amenities. They have travel desk also in hotel for sight seeing driver Yasser was nice person he was guiding all the places with our covenant thanks for all the staffs.

This room is comfortable for single person.

The villa was located on top of a hill giving views of the valley. Tastefully decorated.

Could have provided some leaflets to give more information about good restaurants and places to visit.

The rooms were very clean, bathrooms were also sanitized size of the room was big. Hot water and all other facilities were available.

The rooms were clean and neat. Fresh sheets and towels. Location was awesome, close to most attractions. Staff were polite and helpful. It would have been nice if there was a restaurant inside at least for morning breakfast/ coffee. Otherwise a good stay overall. Nice place .

Probably a restaurant/cafe inside would have been good for morning breakfast / tea/coffee etc . Although rooms did have tea/coffee kettle facility.

The rooms are very good and well maintained. You have high speed internet in all the rooms. The location is perfect.

There is no in house restaurant or cafe. Even for having coffee you need to get it from outside.

The room is great. Has all amenities. Water dispenser was really helpful. 24/7 hot water. Everything you need. Location is also excellent.

The room cleanliness and calm atmosphere

It is lacking the nature view or climate view though it is located in Ooty

There was no breakfast!! We had to buy through Swiggy.

The problem is no breakfast, no lunch and no dinner. We have to go for food by spending Rs 200/- up and down. There are many places available. You can plan for food and tea, coffee in future. This will develop your business as well as the customer will be happy. If it is raining outside means the guests are facing a lot of problems to go out. It is my suggestion only. Otherwise it is superb.

Going out for food I don't like.

The manager, Mr James, ws very genuine in providing the right information prior to our arrival and during our stay.

Not many parking facilities.

The location and accommodation was great, but i was very happy with the staff. All of them were so accommodating, always smiling. Daniel, was very sweet.

The only issue I had was with the television. There was nothing to watch.

the kitchen has not started yet, they say it would open soon.

I wish if i could get meals at the comfort of the room itself. Kitchen of a hotel is really a neccesity.
