This property is just close to the Robinson Area. Nothing more!!!

During heavy rain, u can be stocked in the hotel. Rain is being collected in front of the hotel where u can’t move. it becomes like a deep lake that u can’t see the road. and can’t even walk!! Poor Reception and staff unfortunately changed me twice for taxes and charges. they were not helpful at all with all do respect. it took me more than 2hrs talking to them to but without any luck. You may ask me if u want more info to provide I can mention Names!!!

The stuff was amaizing and very helpful and friendly!!! The room was big and nice !and view over the city from the roof top

The staff is very polite and helpful. Very pleasant in communication. Good location. Couple of blocks away there is big shopping mall and some nice restaurants.

The hotel is quite young (opened June 2019) but facilities are badly maintained. In my room the shower was not working properly, under the sink water was leaking and the door in the shower was broken. Windows are blocked so you won’t be able to open them to have fresh air (if it is possible to get fresh air in very polluted Manila). I stayed for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned at all. As a result I had lack of toilet paper and no fresh towels. Also, bear in mind, if you order food into your room (there is no dining room in this hotel, you will eat in your room) you will need to pay instantly. Make sure you have exact money as in my case they couldn’t find money for change to give me. Another important information what is missing in the description of the hotel is that they take 2,000 pesos as a deposit which they give back to you on check-out. In case you would like to check-in earlier (in my case I arrived at 10 am) they will charge you additional 30% of a daily rate.

the hotel hallways needs a sprucing up. maybe changing the wall color. needs more live plants & fresh flower arrangements.the 7th floor where we ate needs more natural lighting. Aside from that the foods are very good & Ding make as feel we’re at home.
