Smoking area in 5th floor was had chairs and tables but now u have to keep stand up or setting in ground
A bit of post pandemic rust but would stay again.

I think things are just a bit rusty following the pandemic - room not ready on arrival; room cleaning not always done on a timely basis; problem with AC.

Room cleaning service. In the Room was a smell of marijuana which not going away. plus that the 6 days of my stay there was not cleaned once from the cleaning service of the hotel.

The master switch in the room was broken after some maintenance work in the floor and I had to move to another room in the evening. The concierge forgot to book an early morning taxi that I had ordered and paid in advance and arrived at the airport 30 minutes later than planned

From the bedroom, one can see the silhouette of the person taking a shower.
There was a delay in delivering our bags to our room.
