Nov 2022What a great apartment! Lift access to level 6, with a lovely view of the Tbilisi Government Administration building. The location is good, within easy walk to Freedom Square, Shota Rustaveli Avenue with it's large shopping centre, and the Liberty Square metro station. There are several supermarkets and restaurants at your door step, which we found very convenient.
The decor and design is modern, with a full sized refrigerator, plenty of bench space in the kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower and heated floors. George was a great host, and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The wifi was good, and the 'smart' TV allowed Netflix and YouTube viewing etc. Any small problem was resolved immediately. I would definitely return to this apartment.
The sofa lounge cushions don't stay on well for sitting on, and needed to be adjusted, but such a minor issue on the whole.

May 2021We booked Home Tbilisi for 3 nights and ended up staying the whole week. The apartment is really nice and cozy just like in the pictures. You have everything you need. Big screen Smart TV, washing machine etc. the kitchen is nice and well equipped. The balcony is very lovely. You can see great view of Mother of Georgia. The location is great. Close to the mall, Metro. Its just right in the center of Tbilisi. Georgy, the owner is always there to help and easy to contact through whatsapp.
I highly recommend this lovely apartment.

May 2022Very cozy apartments hotel in the Old City center. It's located far from the busy roads, so you'll be able to hear bird singing in the morning. Our apartment was supplied with washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, stove, big fridge, hair dryer, smart TVs with Netflix, fast WiFi. Cafes, restaurants, groceries stores, bus and metro stations are within 2-5 minutes walk. Very polite and helpful personal!
Be prepared that the apartments are not soundproof, so time to time you'll hear your noisy neighbors.

May 2022The rooms are having studio type of design with all the necessities you may need and the design is charming. The location is fabulous as you live in the center of Tbilisi near most of the visitable places, and Georgy is a very helpful and nice person, who you can find at any time. Definitely, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi, and if I came back I would choose it again.
I would prefer the toilet to have a flush.

Jul 2022The property was close to attraction and met all our needs as a larger group. The property was clean, tidy and newer. The two bedroom was a plus, it easily slept 5 and had enough room for our group of 7 to hang out together.

Jul 2022The premises was located at city centre with 2 mins walk to Freedom Square and around 5mins to old town Tbilisi
its can be easily access to main attraction by walking ie. Holy Trinity Church, Narikala Fortress and Loane Shavteli turn.
The representation Mr Georgiy was very helpful and patiently to my request.
Will definitely recommend to friend and family and whoever wanted to visit Tbilisi in future.

Jul 2021The place is very well located, is super cozy and decorated with a very good style. It is near from everything and it is equip with all the things that you’ll need. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and for us it was perfect. Our host George, was great with us, he was available all the time to help us and give us any advice that we need.. it was a pleasure to be in your apartment George. Thanks a lot. We are in love with Tbilisi and for sure we are going to come back.

Oct 2022The location of the apartment is very convenient, everything is easily accessible. The host was accommodating regarding our check-in and check-out times. There are lots of good restaurant around the apartment and the area is busy, but safe.
We had to ask for extra toilet paper, only one roll provided at check-in. Also there are no shelves in the bathroom to keep make-up bags, toiletries etc.
overall experience is very good.
Dec 2021The location is very near from all tourist destinations. we had a wonderful view of the mountain from the balcony. The apartment has all the needed appliances that will make your stay comfortable and easy.
It is hard to find as there is no name from outside the building. You must call the sponsor to guide you where is it exactly.

Apr 2022The location is great, right in the center of the city. The apartment is exactly the same as it is seen at the photos. There is a wide balcony which would be very nice to enjoy in the summer. The host is nice and polite man who met us in front of the apartment exactly at the indicated time and made it possible for us to check out 8 hours later for additional nominal fee, since we had our return flight in the midnight.
Unfortunately, the lighting is weak in the apartment, especially in the evening when there is no sunshine.

Feb 2022The location is excellent, right in the center of Tbilisi. You can get to most of the main attractions in a few minutes. Some decent restaurants nearby too. The property itself is great, and it has both a washer and a dryer which is really useful for long stays. Internet is fast. The host Georgi and the housekeeping person (twice a week) are both great and helpful too. In general it seemed to me that Georgia was a safe country. But this area feels extra safe as it is right next to a large government building that has lots of police patrols around. Also, you need to go through four sets of doors to get to your apartment from the street, and the apartments themselves have a safe.
The hotel itself is great but it is in a top floor of a residential building. Unfortunately some of the neighbors are not that respectful. In particular, the staircase between the 2nd and 4th floors are littered with cigarette butts (think hundreds), and every once in a while the neighbor below will play some repetitive music for hours on end. Not the hotel's fault but something to consider.

May 2022The apartment is close enough to all of the sights. It was a good size for my husband and I and our three year old. The host was wonderful in meeting us at the apartment very late at night
When we walked in the hallway to the apartment reeked of smoke. We got in at around 1 am. After falling asleep I was woken by music and cigarette smoke at 3 pm. There was mould on the spare bedspread. The pullout lounge would not have been comfortable for an adult as it was not one long marred.

Nov 2021The apartment has an excellent location, very close to the central square. It has lots of space with a large bedroom, living and bathroom; stylishly decorated and well-equipped kitchen. 2 large TVs, excellent wifi, sofa and dinner table. I stayed for more than a week, and it felt like coming home every night.
The host Giorgiy was always available via mobile phone or in person (there is a front desk) to deal with any request.
Good value for money. It's one of the very few apartment sin Tbilisi with a "fresh" look.
Few international TV channels. One night there were very noisy neighbours, but the host Giorgiy effectively dealt with them.
Nice apartment to stay in a centre of Tbilisi.
