Hotel Royal Classic Osaka

You probably can't get a better location. It is connected to the train stations / subways at the basement, very near to the shopping "suji" but yet just enough distance that it's away from excessive noise. . Breakfast was just amazing! I thought we will get sick of it since we stayed for 7 nights. I was clearly so wrong... me and my family just can't get enough of the breakfast buffet.

Only thing is, beds and room are on the smaller side. Double bed is more like a super single, barely enough for 1 Adult + 1 Child, so do note if you are travelling with children. Room service was a little slow, we can be back at 2pm and the room is not yet cleaned.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. From the facility, the art display, the cleanliness, their very attentive and friendly staff, and the Dyson Airwrap that comes with the room is simply amazing. We stayed in the premium rooms and there is an additional security door to enter after exiting from the lift. The location the another plus point. Easy access to subway and the shopping districts around Dontonburi.

Very convenient location and even have a direct access to the subway station at B1. Breakfast spread was very good and has a lot of variety. The staff there are all very friendly too.

The cleanliness in the room is not as good and clean, but overall still acceptable.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Osaka with an own access to Namba Metro station and a convenience store in the basement. Truly amazing. In convenient distance to transport hubs and restaurants. The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Very modern rooms equipped with tablets next to the bed to control lights and the aircon. Great choice of breakfast. On top of all that, it was great value for the money.

the bathroom is relative small and have no counter top or space for putting clothes. the toilet is a bit smelly

the location is the best on Osaka for my opinion attached to the metro and close to all main attractions in Osaka the hotel is clean and the staff is really happy to help

the automatic lights are lighting the whole room when you want to go to the restroom in the middle of the night without waking up your partner the noise from the street was loud even after midnight - the windows were not good enough and ita a busy street with stupid karaoke kids on the sidewalks the toilets make unnecessary noises in the middle of the night the view could be great but you can't see anything because of the cover of the building in the pictures, it looks like you have many communal areas to enjoy but actually, you are not supposed to be there, the lobby is really small, and the rooftop belongs to the most expensive bar in Osaka the lobby is on the 11th floor so you never go there except for breakfast and check-in

The location is fantastic; basement is connected to the subway. department stores like Takashimaya and IOIO are just opposite. very convenient and it’s along the beautiful street. eateries are everywhere. service is fantastic as well. room is spacious for a Japanese hotel.

The cleanliness can be improved. they did not throw away the tissues that we left in our bedside table.

Super convenient given this hotel is directly linked to the Train station. It is also linked to a Family Mart too. It is walkable distance to dotonburi and the rest of the shopping precinct. The Slippers they provide is also super comfortable.

There were a few times where the daily cleaning staff have missed a couple of things that needed replenishment in the room eg water. However this is easily solved by contacting the front desk.
