Aug 2022What I see in the room is what I did get, they need to improve with their cleaning in detail. But all of the staff and admin are very accommodating and very helpful. I will surely be back with them for a more extended stay.
Better cooking range perhaps and a clean the room in detail. There are just excess dust in the restroom and kitchen but I can live with it, it will be better though if it will be cleaner on the next stay.

Aug 2021Well, there’s nothing to like there. I thought it was clean as the other reviews says, but if you will take a look of the corners of the room and bathroom it is dirty and disgusting! I was very disappointed of everything :(
They have hidden charges and will charge you for unreasonable other fees such as consideration fee which I got disappointed because I explained to them that I arrived before midnight. And I have proof to show that, but they just charged me the fee and don’t answer anymore.

the corridor outside the units could get loud at times from conversations etc, but the 11 pm quiet time helped

Jan 2023Very good value for Your money. Has kitchen utensils, everything You need to stay on a budget.
Could be cleaner. Cockroaches running everywhere, also the mirror at the sink has so much residue dirt on it that it is unusable. You can't shave there for example, it's impossible. You can't clean it easily, needs some chemicals. Bed's mattress is so warn off that it's thickness is twice less in the middle than at the ends.

Poor ventilation system. If you cook a smell stays in the room for the whole day.
It was a good place to stay close to Walking Street, SM Clark mall and several places to eat
Sep 2022The room was good just a bit smaller then it looked in the pics. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great.
The items in the kitchen could of been better. Had to buy a bigger pan to cook as the pan and pot provided were very small and also had to buy a sharp knife as the ones provided were not good.

Mirror in the shower room was like it was never clean for along, long time. Dirt covered the mirror. I tried to clean it witha wet towel but it didn'twork. Very dirty mirror.
