The staff has poor english that they need a translator to talk to us. The check in was take some time (more than 15 minutes) while the kids are already tired. I think that the hotel will not suitable for family with small kids like us. So many couples instead.
Hidden Gem in Osaka
Jan 2023The location of the hotel is supreme and the staff is really nice! The rooms are perfect size for western tourists and the bathrooms are open wide.
The Wifi connection is not the best if you plan to work from here and the bathroom wasn’t so clean.
