With affordable price, I can't say anything but all were pleasant! Breakfast buffet was good. Especially croissant is super fluffy and tasty. Other stuffs also exceed sedap standard! The varieties are not that much, but more than enough. Room is spacious and clean. My kids love to run all around the house. Bathtub is big and kids love it too. Background view of Tabung Haji building is not bad at all. Wifi is fast, I was able to work from hotel without any problem. They even provided baby cribs without additional charge. Also having microwave, big refrigerator, and electric(or induction) stove helps a lot for those prefer self cooking/heating food. Pool is kind of old school. The management controls 1 hour slot for each room. And they provide bath towel at the pool.

They did not provided tooth brush set at first place. Not sure if it is not included in basic room items. After requested several times, took it about 2 hour to receive it. Nothing much just seems there was miscommunication between the staff.

WE WERE THERE DURING NEW YEAR EVE, DEFINITELY CROWDED BUT THE HOTEL TEAM DID WELL I.E. DURING BUFFET BREAKFAST, DEDICATED TEAM MANNING THE LONG QUEUE & LEAD GUESTS TO NEXT AVAILABLE TABLE, CHECK IN & CHECK OUT WAS SIMPLIFY. HOTEL EMPHASIS ON ESG (ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL & GOVERNANCE) AND SAFETY ASPECT. OVERALL PERDANA KLCC TEAM WERE EXTREMELY EXCELLENT START FROM THE BELLBOY.

we arrived a bit late, around 9 pm but still can check in, and then when arrived, the key card used are not able to turn on the facilities so we have to wait around 15-20 minutes. the staff came and give us new key card and then it was ok. The breakfast served delicious but not with a lot of variety. Lots of the clients came with their families, so expect little kids around. I am quite thrilled to the fact that they provide glasswares for use, there's a microwave and even inductor cooker with regular size fridge. There's sink and dish soap for you to use to clean the plates afterward, so it's convenient for staycation and big family.

the wait in the beginning of the stay. and my view is not standard of KL view, even though it was high up. there were skyscrapers too adjacent to the building.

We are a family with a 2 months old baby. Stay was excellent and baby friendly (: Hotel and Parking lot is easy to find. Room is very big. Kitchen is near to the door, away from the bedroom so have alot if ure using the kitchen/fridge. There are 2 toilet but only 1 for showering. Balcony could see the Menara KL. But abit noisy with the aircon condenser. Very near to Tapak, the foodtruck makan place which is really enjoyable ! Baby cot available upon request. But abit old, so might one to bring something to laydown in the cot for ur baby to get more comfy. Sejadah provided for muslim travellers! Check in was super fast ! Under 5 minutes. Check out was also a breeze. Love it. Breakfast spread quite the variety. Not so bad. Wifi was great 👍 Staffs are very friendly!

No toothbrushes or house slippers provided. Charging point is far from bed. TV is old. No white light or centre lighting so its quite dimmed. Breakfast during the weekend was packed. Some things there were really long queue. Monday was a better experience.

Warm greetings on the night we stayed,the reception come to the room and give us a few nice snacks for complimentary Breakfast are better taste and various too The reception also take and effort by calling the guest to offer extend stay and review for the room.

The room carpet still not so clean can see the obvious dirt on the floor. The housekeeping maybe have to vacuum wet n dry the carpet accordingly. No toothbrush set on the room, we have to ask for it. Swimming pool are open however they still put a limitation per hour so need to book early to avoid disappointment

Very polite staffs. Easy checking in. Ample parking spots. Good breakfast menu. Got our room upgraded 👍 The main point is kudos to all the staffs for excellent service and politeness.
