The Breakfast was nice and the lady at the front (reception) always had a smile on her face. The location is right next to Metro station that two lines (Blue and Magenta). Can go anywhere in the city.
I had a terrible experience at check-in and when checking-out (both by employee named Uttkarsh, I think). They charged my card in USD and told me it was charged in INR (causing me about $40 over-charge). I had sent 2 emails to Hyatt Centric (Janak Puri, Delhi) hotel. A manager named Partha called me on WhatsApp on Tuesday, Feb 28 and said since it has been more than 7 days, they will need to wait for Global Pay to refund my money. Partha said he has made the request to Global Pay and he said it was a technical issue with Global Pay that caused my credit card to be charged in USD instead on INR. Partha was talking fast and it was hard for me to ask questions, but I did manage to ask why I was told by his employee that I can only pay INR 30,000 in cash. Partha said I could pay up to 49,999 in cash. He said he is not sure and will have a talk with this employee. But on an email I received from Partha (wherein he had copied other managers as well) the next day (March 1st, 2023), he said nothing about why I was told that I could only pay 30,000 in cash when I could have paid up to 49,999. In this email, Partha attached his communication with Global Pay who seem to be asking questions about indemnity. I am not sure why Hyatt Centric itself cannot just issue me a credit for the difference (the over-charge). I think this is an intentional act. I can clearly see the coordinated steps the employee and the hotel management took to reach to the point where they could over-charge my credit card. I will wait for just a few more days to get my refund before elevating this to Booking com (where I made the purchase) and then to my credit card. If that still does not resolve it, I will consider filing a complaint with the Police against the individual employee and the hotel management, because when a credit card is over-charged, it is not just the individual employee who benefits but so does the hotel management and eventually the corporate parent, Hyatt Hotels.

Room was good comfortable and spacious,all facilities were perfectly given in the room it has bathtub and bed was big and cosy.
We have checked in they gave me a room with full of smell of smoke i have complained about it so they send a someone to spray room freshner but that didn't work coz the smell was very strong so requested them to change my room but they took almost 2 hr. That was really unprofessional and annoying we were tired and they make us more tired in the process.

Rooms were clean and neat
The corridors on our floor weren't clean. We could see the carpet was dirty. The bathtub didn't have a way to be filled. We couldn't close the drain.
Room Size is good. Breakfast and food is also good selective one.

very bad services… no houses keeping staff there and not co operated staff … I recommend to everyone not stay here I stay with my friend and I have face so many issue Ac pormblem, staff was not co operated , no house keeping , food was not gud
The staff were not at all cooperative. In a service industry they were pretty stubborn as first i wanted a king size bed but they gave me twin beds and i asked them to join the bed, they refused to do so. At the time of checkout i asked them to send a bellboy to carry my luggage but no one showed up and i had to carry luggage myself.
