Mostly due to covid regulations, the menu of the diner was a bit small. But that is not to blame the restaurant because it was still good.

The view from the room is magnificent 👍 We had a very good rest

The room was spotlessly clean, the staff efficient, helpful and welcoming.

Nothing much to fault in this hotel! Perhaps the shower button that has a tendency to come loose releasing the overhead spout on one's new hairstyle!

The breakfast - despite knowing that we needed vegetarian food, the menu for the 3 days we were there were eggs, rice and sausages and lots of other non vegetarian foods! So, we ended up eating bread and butter for 3 days which costed £19 per day per pax! Note that we did send a mail before going so that needful could be done for vegetarian food and the reply was we had to do with what's on offer. So, no effort was done to accomodate our needs to make us feel welcomed! Bathroom floor flooding after each shower and becomes disgusting! Safe not working and staff did not know how it worked! We asked for help from the maintenance who never came to fix us. Far from city centre and restaurants, so you always need a car to move around. We asked for bigger mugs and went down to the reception to pick them up on the 1st day. The next day, the housekeeping took them away from the room while we were exploring the island and when we came back dead tired, we had to ask for them again, the reception asked us to come down again to pick them up! This was very annoying! No body lotion available in bathrooms. Overhead shower not practical if you want to keep your hair dry. No iron and ironing table in rooms Electric sockets for 2 pins chargers only Rooms are not sound proof - we could hear the noise from people in the swimming pool while we were trying to sleep. To be short, not a place for tourists but for business.

The hotel was great, the staff were helpful and friendly and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was a bit outside the town so it was awkward to get here. We were lucky we had a car. Saint Denis has very few taxis so it’s not ideal if you are having a few drinks. The restaurant did not have any vegan options, I don’t recall seeing many vegetarian options either. For this reason we had to eat outside the hotel. Great English spoken at the hotel. They offer a welcome drink which is a nice touch.
