Mar 2022We selected the location and very much appreciated the outstanding service of each staff member we encountered during our stay. Each person we interacted was kind, caring and respectful and had our best interests at all times.
No complaints, whatsoever. Of course, a breakfast included would be a nice added touch, but that may not have been possible at this time or at this facility.
A Home Away From Home Oasis
May 2021We loved everything about this property. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was close to great restaurants. And most of all, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here the next time we are in Belize.
Great place to stay right on the beach
May 2021The room was big and clean. The kitchen is fully furnished and every room had a small TV. The beds were as comfortable as any "not my bed". I never saw a bug anywhere. The outside beach area was cleaned every morning and they have a security guy who walks around outside at night. It was located right on the beach..a beautiful place to sit, drink my coffee and eat breakfast every morning. I would definitely stay there again.
I dont think we had maid service but maybe I was supposed to ask for it. We did have to go to the office to replenish towels, coffee and filters.

If you are on the 2nd floor, there's no place to lounge/sun on the beach side (you would be imposing on the first floor guest's space). Pool area is nice but very small - there's not enough space/chairs for more than a handful of people.

Dec 2021It’s right on the water & has a great view. We came to dive the Blue Hole & Turneffe at Amigo Del Mar so it was perfect location for us as a young couple on a month long honeymoon. We started with Xanadu Resort which is South of the island which is more for families & older travelers. we came to Palms because it’s closer to town & walkable distance. You’re near the airport which is also walkable distance. There was a disturbance but the staff handled it with so much care. If you’re traveling alone or with family I would highly recommend this place.
