The service and food was exceptional. We hosted our engagement there and everything was upto standards in terms of sanitization, food, service etc.

The overall experience was good. The staff were friendly and the breakfast spread was good. The cleanliness was worth mentioning.

The location was a bit awkward because of heavy traffic and moving out of the hotel for a stroll was difficult. However this is not a negative point as the hotel proximity to other destinations is more valid.

The hospitality of the ITC Group is perhaps the best in India. Very warm and welcoming and they will make you feel very comfortable and will go out of their way to assist you to ensure a wonderful stay. Thank you ITC Kakatiya

The buffet spread was good. The food at kebabs and curries was excellent.

The hotel is an old property and needs renovation. The walls are chipped off in the corridors, the floor carpets need change. The top floor rooms are too bad. First they offered me a room on thw 5th floor which was really pathetic. After complaining they changed it to a 4th floor room which was ok. Actually our expectations from ITC group is very high and so was let down by the room quality. The pool was also not as clean as expected from a five star hotel.

Staff was very helping. Duty manager was very helpful when I was not one of the day. He arranged basic meds and something to eat in the middle of the night when my BP dropped down.

Really comfortable room and good amenities. Service at the hotel was among the best. Free upgrade and luxury hours (free drinks and snacks) was just the cherry on top. The cocktails and mocktails served were just amazing, they were definitely the best I have had anywhere in Hyderabad. Special mention to Krishna, for the amazing food and beverage services

Quality of service, food (quality and price), overall cleanliness and safety measures, responsiveness of staff at all times and very personal approach . Checking-in and checking out were smooth

The staff has no coordination, they do not know how to handle the customer worst service on reception.

There was a cockroach inside my room and other than that everything was good. It's just the hygiene of the hotel that made it not a comfortable stay.

The inflexiblity and lack of knowledge of front staff is appalling. Can't handle simple requests of payments and invoicing. Disappointing experience

Menu of both the breakfast and dinner buffets can be improved. Expected a large number of varieties.

I have requested for Non Smoking Room clearly but surprisingly when I checked into room, it was smoking room full of smell. Really very bad experience.

Hot water was not available.
