Absolutely IMP - I have asked for Non-smoking room and they gave. But it wasnt. Infact most of room has "ash-tray". So its IMP for ppl/families to stay in non-smoking room. Not all ppl like smoking. In room menu card rates are not updated. There is good room to improve food quality.

Aug 2021The telephone to contact inside the hotel for room service etc is not working for which the staff didn’t help. I had to go to the reception for everything.The bathroom is not clean. Water kettle is not working and ac is making un usual noise. The receptionist behaviour is not cool. Overall it’s a bad experience.
