Feb 2020The staff were exceptional! Cheerful, polite and helpful. We asked to move rooms for a bigger balcony and this was granted. Advised us on best times to go on visits. Swimming pool a definite plus. Bed very comfortable.
The room would have benefitted from 2 comfy chairs rather than 1. The hotel needs a little bit extra TLC to bring up to a higher standard e.g. loose taps, missing bath plugs, prominent nails on the chairs on the balcony.

Aug 2019The staff is very attentive! They will always answer with a smile. You also have a free ride to the city (2 or 1 dollar if you take a tuk tuk) and they provide touristic tours for a good price.

Feb 2020The staff are very friend. The decor is very smart. Breakfast was excellent comparing to the other hotels in the same category.
The shower.... the splash guard is far too small and you ended up the whole bathroom floor is wet and can be dangerously slippery.
