*Take note that this is so near on Hanoi’s walking street, ideal for tourists. But can get noisy at night.

Sep 2022The owner was really lovely and couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. She gave me an early check in after I arrived early and didnt feel great and arranged for us to use the microwave to make breakfast at 3am before a race (we were there for a marathon). My bed was comfy and my room was clean. Really good value for money!
The hotel is in a great location but the street was noisy at night which wasn't ideal with a 3am wake up (absolutely not the hotels fault though!).
The hotel overall was great and would have been perfect during the week when the clubs don’t stay open so late!
Nov 2022The manager was extremely accommodating and automatically upgraded us for free to a bigger and quieter room. Everything in the hotel was nice and really clean!
The loudness of Beer Street was not an issue, but the loudness of the club next door was (no fault of the hotel). Since we stayed on a Friday, the club played music VERY loudly until 2am which made it hard for some of us to sleep.

Dec 2022The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in the heart of the old quarter. It was nicely appointed and breakfast was very good, although we went to the sister hotel to have it. The Staff was very accommodating. Kelly was outstanding and willing to do whatever it took to make our plans work. She was fabulous!

Jan 2023Staff was very helpful and very communicative, giving advice and helping communicate/coordinate with out transport. Location was central and the room was comfortable and clean.
The location is extremely loud, it is central but also within a 'party' disteict with lots of bars - I was not aware of that myself but that is on me - however be advised that rooms/apperatures are not soundproof and places stay open until early morning.

Only con found in our stay was the washroom was very small and there was no space between toilet and bath. There was no space at all to use the toilet as well. Lift was small as well and there was no breakfast options.

Nov 2022Our 3rd time here. We always loved the location and the staff. The main reason why we book this place is for the room with the large balcony. Great place to hang out and for watching Hanoi life. The bed is comfortable and shower is good.

Nov 2022My friend and I had such a lovely stay at the Bella Rosa! we are checked in quickly on arrival and upgraded to a lovely room without even requesting. The room was high up, above the sounds of the city. Beds were large and comfortable. We were given very helpful recommendations on where to eat, buy gifts, and even where to get a haircut. Would definitely stay again!
