Kawamotoya

The property was immaculately managed. I would like to give a special mention to the staff - in particular, Masa and Amin, who were exceptional and took very good care of us, especially when we needed extra help when our family fell sick. They were warm and sensitive to our needs and helped us plan our itinerary well. I highly recommend the Kawamotoya to anyone.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is lovely, and very nicely decorated and we felt at home. There are all facilities you can wish for: gym, private hot bath, room to play/work... Breakfast is excellent. Special mention to the staff & front desk Amine and Masa, who shared with us tons of good tips and were always helpful when needed.

modern and spacious rooms with Japanese style, great location and breakfast was super yummy!

Location is excellent right beside a very good onsen. Rooms are new and very tastefully built.

everything was amazing, the layout of the apartment was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. the staff were so warm and welcoming. The chef at the property Darren makes the best breakfast not to mention an amazing human being who made our stay extra special.

A stunning apartment. Luxuriously sized bed with awesome bedding. Netflix in both the lounge and the bedroom. Coffee machine and lovely breakfast. It was Heaven. Was at the base of the village so a long walk up to the ski lifts, solved by transferes at any time in the van. In house private Onsen for those who are too shy to bare all in the ones in the village.

The cleanliness could have been better. Quite dusty and some of the knives had been used and just put back into the knife rack dirty. A small gripe.
