Wonderful staff

We were give a suite on the 14th floor. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Extra large double beds. Great sheets and pillows on the beds. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment and nearing the end of a year long programme. Our room had recently been completed. Nice colour schemes. Huge Lounge/dining area. A balcony with a view over new reclaimed land and water areas. Kitchen very well kitted out. Complimentary fruit bowl on arrival. New water delivered each morning. A great pool on the top floor with plenty of sun loungers which were easy to move around. The lay out of the roof and pool (great size and shape) allowed for sunny and shaded parts, with the pool in shade in the morning. Did use the sauna and this was very nicely done. There was a gym area with a very good selection of machines and exercise material. Breakfast was excellent. One man happy to prepare your eggs - omelette, scrambled eggs, various fillings. Beef bacon, baked beans and Dubai breakfast too. Coffee and Tea on tap but you could also order a hot chocolate or a cappuccino. Service great. Made to feel very welcome and Mahmoud from Luxor, Eqypt particularly good.

All very good. Great room, great breakfast, great pool, fabulous staff.

The staff were very helpful. They helped me to do a PCR test in my room by arranging an appointment with a hospital. The food in the breakfast was good and the staff there helped my kids to get what they ask for. The facilities in the top floor was nice for my kids (playing area and swimming pool). Plenty of parking places to park my car for free.

It is a bit expensive compared to most of the hotels in Bahrain, however, it deserve this money.

The staff and hotel environment was very friendly. I must appreciate the front desk team especially Jill who supported for arranging car at 2 am during new year eve when we stuck in the crowd in the middle of city. Also the restaurant staffs were very good and nicely trained. Our best wishes to entire team especially to Shenna, a guy from Uganda, Chef Vijay and so on… Overall we enjoyed our stay in this property.

The property was clean and located in a great place ! The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

The property is very well located in Juffair, with quick enter and exit from the area and access to city center. The service is good for the type of hospitality and the parking garage is very convenient.

The breakfast area is busy.
