Jul 2021The staff at reception were extremely warm and friendly. Breakfast was great. The bedroom was comfortable. Easy access to local shops and restaurants.
It would have been good to know the the arrangements for the lounge prior to booking.

Nov 2021The room is very bright with lots of natural light coming through all the way to the bathroom. There's lot of space to spread things out. The location is quite close to the train station, and the most awesome service is the round trip shuttle bus, which I used often to New Town Plaza.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

It’s a shame the bar was closed. The shuttle bus to Sha Tin was not really frequent.

Jul 2021the breakfast had a lot of variations, western and Chinese classics, which was good and we caught a promotional price for it, very cheap. the staffs were also very accommodating and patient. I really like the city view from my room especially at night, just pretty.
