Very nice hotel with the roof top pool with an amazing view. Pool was clean. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had. They even give a little coloring paper with crayola for the kids to keep them busy. Great location of the hotel. You enter the mall right from the lobby.

We were 2 adults with the baby but we only had 2 towels and 1 hand towel in total. It is a bit strange for a 4 star hotel. The AC was set to 20degrees (72f) which for the baby was too cold but the control remote on the wall was not working properly in order to make it higher. Hairdryer was blowing only very cold air so in the combination with very low temperature in the room, was very uncomfortable. I didn't thought was appropriate that they charge extra price for a cappuccino at breakfast.

Despite giving my credit card at check in, the breakfast folks said I didn’t have a card on file and came to my room to collect the breakfast fee as though I had tried to rip them off! Also, only lukewarm water for showers - I waited almost 10 min for it to warm up but no dice.

It was just a one night stay having arrived from Bocas Del Toro at Albrook Airport before we got a flight back home from Tocumen the next day so can’t say I’d improve anything really….. it’s a Marriott you get what you expect.

This place was a train rack..I even saw roaches in the room hotel said booking is charging me a night for leaving a day sooner...Worst location ever...will never recomend this location to anyone other than my enemies

This location was a perfect place for us to use as a base for our tour adventures(5 tours in six days). Also easy, fast Uber access to downtown, the Causeway, Casco Viejo, and both Tocumen and Allbrook aeropuertos, and the Allbrook Mall (huge), as well as the Albrook Transportation Center. Great staff and rooms.

Hotel is still on early COVID precautions. They should require all guests to be vaxxed & boosted, and drop the mask requirement. Hotel taxis are way too expensive, and the Yellow Cab drivers are annoying with loud music, too many questions, and no change. Download the app, and use Uber - you will save big bucks.

This is the best place to stay in Panama City if you have a flight leaving Albrook the next day. American-style hotel, perfectly comfortable. $5 taxi ride to the Albrook airport (5-10 mins). Wonderful buffet breakfast. Located within a gigantic mall if you have time to kill and looking for something to do. It’s also the central bus terminal, so lots of interesting things to see with all the movement. The hotel is very quiet, though.

The shower water pressure was low and could use a better shower head.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel with customer service oriented staff, and a good bar and restaurant that's close to the Panama Canal and Allbrook PAC Airport. I also like that its right next to Allbrook Mall!

This hotel is family friendly, we asked for a crib for our baby and it was comfortable enough to allow her to sleep pleasently. Windows are sound proof to avoid external noises from buses and airplanes. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff was amazing, they were so attentive to my family and were all smiles to our baby girl! She had fun watching them serve coffee and juice while enjoying her scramble eggs. We got a room upgrade, welcome drinks and late check out for being VIP member on Booking, the front desk lady was the best (I forgot her name).

At checking out I was charge for one extra person, even though at checking in I mentioned we were 4 adults and 1 baby (10 months) and the room capacity was for 4 adults. It would have been better if they could have explain it at checking in instead of at the end of our trip.

The whole hotel looks nice, but…

the room was extremely cold ( I set air conditioner at max heating) I was forced to sleep in cloth. room was pretty clean, but shower head looks like in horror movie, it’s either moldy or rusty

No clean service every day

The taxi service was very good. The hotel has a trusty external taxi company that offers the service. We hosted a coworker from Salvador and the day when a strike was coming on in the city, the staff was kind and fast in arranging the service to the airport.

The room was a bit too cold and had a bit of a problem adjusting the temperature.

The staff were very friendly helpful and informed. I appreciated the room and its layout. The view of the canal and the proximity to the mall. The breakfast selection was a pretty good buffet. The chef on duty for omlettes is super polite.

Maintenance could take a closer look at the bathrooms the shower leaked through the enclosure and the fans no longer work. But this short coming could also be due to the pandemic and the reduced personnel and guest interactions.

The staff were exceptional in manner and professionalism. Being connected to the mall was a surprising bonus!

I was bitten by a flea in my room. The down pillow was very uncomfortable. The rooms are not soundproofed and I could overhear conversations while trying to fall asleep.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is great because you can enjoy entertainment without getting in a car. Exit the hotel and enter Albrook mall. The mall has bowling, an arcade, several dining options, and a movie theater. Need grocery items? Walk to one of the supermarkets in the mall without stepping on the street.

I wish the rooftop had a pool area for kids. Currently, one pool serves as a social area for adults, even during the day. Would have been great if the stay offered vegan and or kosher food options.

The room was very spacious. Loved the huge bathroom. The bathtub was great. Very clean and quiet. The Japanese restaurant served great food. It was easy to organise a taxi to the airport in the morning. Good Wifi. It's attached to a massive Mall with every shop and attraction you could ask for. A quick 10-minute taxi to the national airport to go to Bocas del Toro.

The reception staff were miserable. There was no welcome, just "i need your passport".
