The Ritz - Carlton, Bangalore

Wow !! My 2nd visit to Ritz-Carlton this year. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations !! The professionalism of the staff is excellent and they display true hospitality!

Went for a staycation with family for kid’s bday. The staff arranged a surprise cake, decorated the room and made the kid feel really special. Shoutout to Aishwarya, Dheeraj, Ravi and the staff at the sauna for going the extra mile to take care of us throughout our stay, and particularly Aishwarya for arranging the surprise for the kid’s bday. Totally enjoyed the Stay.

This is just an average 3 star Hotel. I have stayed at Ritz Carlton hotels at other countries a few times and this one has to be the worst of any other hotels that I have ever stayed. Creaky and noisy Floors, some places of the wooden floors are getting bent while walking. No balconies for any of the rooms. Good location but Terrible views. Small swimming pool. It is so small and pool area is so uncomfortable if you are with family/couple. No privacy. Sauna was not working. TV is so outdated, probably a decade old TV. The lighting in the rooms are so dim. Slow room service, sometimes doesn't answer the calls. If you are here to have a good time, avoid this hotel. Not worth the high price you pay. Bad vibe overall.
