its very noisy, I could only sleep with ear plugs, the hotel moved us after the first night due to the noise, to be honest it was like sleeping on a highway. the 2nd room was better but still noisy. There is no double glazing and the windows are sub-standard.

Sep 2021The service was excelente, the receptionist Diego went above and beyond making sure I have all the information necessary for a perfect stay, overall he was extremely attentive . Breakfast was great as well as the staff; the location of the hotel Is perfect, the room was great especially the comfortable bed. I love that the hotel is very environmentally friendly. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Dec 2021The rooms are very nice and the location is great. It is a very modern hotel with a cozy touch to it. The ladies working breakfast were great and the cleaning staff that did my laundry. Staff were very attentive.
The fridge in my room was a little dirty. No one explained to me the facilities when I arrived so I had to figure it out myself

Jan 2023The room is modern, well-designed, clean, with the needed appliance/supplies such as USB charger outlet, refrigerator, hot water pot, tea/coffee, etc. The location is also great as it’s within the walking distance to the town central (not the city central).
They only have one (Queen size) bed, and no room has double bed.

Feb 2022The manager Diane was amazing, I wished the A/C was a bit colder as it is capped at 20c, but because I had just come from a flying in (and I am Canadian, need to sleep in cold) I requested a fan, and it was brought up promptly....I did not realize that the windows open for a perfect sleep...Great service, super nice rooms, secure as you need....Loved it! Thanks Diane for making it perfect! I am back from a trip to Leticia and would stay again, but they are all booked up!
As a smoker, maybe an ashtray, so I am not polluting the sidewalk?

everything. if you are looking for a place for a peaceful sleep I can not recommend this hotel.
we had the most terrible experience as they gave us a 2nd floor room on the street side. you hear everything happening in the street and every car passes. on the top of that the room had a connection door with the room next to us and we heard everyone talking every morning.
we did not ask for cleaning and put a sign on the door for not disturb but when we came in cleaning ladies had already visited and cleaned the room and for some reason closed our open luggages.
it was not a good stay for us.
