worn out mattresses, poor quality linens, sub standard towels . Really pathetic.

was appearing in High Court so location was the reason why i chose this place. when o arrived and checked in , it took 25 minutes and still mu luggage was not brought up to my room, after that i called and was told that it shall be sent up. another 20 minutes later i went myself and picked it up myself. curiously, it was the only bag and the lazy unprofessional staff did not simply bother. then while checking in i asked for a cold coffee to be sent up. it took an hour. and the coffee was bad.

Very Helpful, Friendly personals namely Neeraj, Aradhana, Yash, Harsh, Himanshu, Farid, Bhumika, Kirti, Faisal, Divyansh, Shobhit, Daya and all Chef Cooks, Restaurent, Housekeeping staff,,,, Good Breakfast, Dinner.

The property was the worst experience.

The bathrooms and the rooms were verry dirty.

The Marriott group is dedicated towards creating a good experience for the guests. This reflects in each of their properties, and esp Lucknow, for it is the city of tehzeeb. The service was upto the best standards, with each request of the guest treated with utmost respect, and backed with excellent service by the staff.

As is common with any good place, they also become the favourite of many people and hence at times the service lagged, though only slightly, because of the sheer volume of people staying with them.

The location, staff and amenities. Food buffet was excellent both in dinner and breakfast. Room service was good too, but it could be faster. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

I had a great experience. Nothing to dislike.
