Villa Caceres Hotel

We've been here several times and we love the place. The staff is great and the room was very clean. The guard guided and assisted us in getting our parking space. We also love the lobby area. We would definitely come back.

What we didn't like was the internet connection inside our room which is unstable, especially the connection to the TV wherein several times when we were watching Netflix was intermittent and kinda annoying. I already called their attention to this because wifi connection is one of the main reasons for choosing a hotel, especially on a business trip. Another thing was the breakfast. This was the first time the food tasted bland unlike in our past visits. The pansit, in particular, was not like the pansit in the past and the meat tasted like it has been in the freezer for too long. It was my favorite here before that's why I easily noticed the difference right away.

We had a lovely stay in Naga City. The hotel is in a central location with good bars and restaurants nearby. We had a comfortable room with balcony and enjoyed the swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool, bathtub 🛀 and breakfast.

It is a good hotel but the aircon were we moved was not getting cold compared to the first room we got, the smell of the bathroom is not great, the shower was difficult to use and the pool was our main reason why we chose to stay at Villa Caceres and it was closed with very little apology.

The room accommodation met my expectation as well as the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The breakfast was nice though we were looking for some other food/viand for breakfast and hot choco was not available (i don't know if its only during our stay) for kids, since only coffee was available. But overall, it was a great experience. My daughter even left a note of thanks to the hotel.

The food at the breakfast wasn't served hot... it would be nice to start a day with hot or warm meals .. We weren't able to use the wifi as we cannot connect to it. we informed the front desk but they didn't get back to us so no wifi from the hotel for 3 days they could very well improve on this please

the bathroom had bath tubs for shower so hard to go in and out
