The location and amenities were good
The buffet was limited and the quality of food was not good
Accommodation overlooking scenic river with a small house boat.Jan 2023
The hotel is set in a beautiful setting where u can sit leisurely in your own private veranda overlooking the river. Watching fish or baby turtle swim by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. People with mobility issues might find it difficult as there is a steep stairs to your bedroom.
Breakfast can be improved for an international traveller, however good for someone who like South Indian breakfast.
Smile, location, beautiful cottage, boat trip, food.
The front stuff was not taking care the customer very well.Some of the Receptionist is not taking care of clients
overpriced items for snacks and drinks which places at room . I paid 709 for 2 packets of lays and cashew nuts and 2 bottles of water
Not value for money, poor facilities, poor dining options
Desparately needs a facelift. Its getting old. Not worth the price.

Breakfast was just ok. Could have been much better. Property surroundings were good.
Staff could have been more hospitable and receptive to customer calls. No gym in the property. Housekeeping facilities like ironing of clothes was an issue. Room we stayed the windows were covered up with blanks. we were told room service only starts at 7am.Had to repeatedly call up for hot water in the shower. No facility for drivers stay. Answers by the staff was just a plain 'No'... There was no attempt to give a solution.
Breakfast was good with a varied selection of food.
Room service was not up to the mark . There was a sense of feeling of inadequate staff.
