The buffet was limited and the quality of food was not good
Accommodation overlooking scenic river with a small house boat.
Jan 2023The hotel is set in a beautiful setting where u can sit leisurely in your own private veranda overlooking the river. Watching fish or baby turtle swim by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. People with mobility issues might find it difficult as there is a steep stairs to your bedroom.
Breakfast can be improved for an international traveller, however good for someone who like South Indian breakfast.

The resort needs to grow up to live upto customer expectations of a resort.
Dec 2022Breakfast was just ok. Could have been much better. Property surroundings were good.
Staff could have been more hospitable and receptive to customer calls. No gym in the property. Housekeeping facilities like ironing of clothes was an issue. Room we stayed the windows were covered up with blanks. we were told room service only starts at 7am.Had to repeatedly call up for hot water in the shower. No facility for drivers stay. Answers by the staff was just a plain 'No'... There was no attempt to give a solution.
