This hotel is up to a worldwide standard (particularly european standards). The staff's kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference to our saty. I've stayed in other nearby hotels in BOG, which have been rated more or less the same, but this one takes the prize for excellent service. Very kind staff and the rooms were spotlessly clean, linen was great and the bed was very comfortable indeed. You can trust not to find horrid hair in the towels either! No mould in the shower corners and the glass divisions were very lovely and clean too. Would definitely recommend. It's become my favourite hotel in Bogota.

In line with the great service offered by the hotel's staff, I would suggest that this organisatonal culture is shared with the adjacent restaurants, particularly the sushi restaurant. Having been in many places all over the world and blessed enough to have been in some of the best restaurants in different continents, I would say the staff at the sushi restaurant (and therefore the overall atmosphere at this restaurant) was was quite arrogant. My feeling was that they were up themselves and I believe staff would benefit from some relevant training. Generally, the better the restaurant, the more friendly the staff should be, more down to earth and approachable. Sadly, thi was not the case in my opinion, on this occasion. They really need to touch the ground and learn to be posh but not over the top.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. I don’t speak the language and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I felt more than safe. The staff that clean the rooms were Beyond incredible. The service was exceptional I stay in a lot of nice places but their cleaning service especially was above and beyond. They made everything convenient by charging things to my card so that it have to constantly be running out and getting more pesos. The restaurant was absolutely delicious and super fun the manager was so accommodating he took his job very seriously the DJ was beyond they just made a fun environment a memorable experience and I will never stay anywhere else in Bogota again.

The staff was friendly and attentive. There was always some one who spoke English present. If you head towards the mall and make a left before crossing the street there’s a COVID testing site that charges $15 for a test that gives you results in 24 hours.

The hotel was in a very good location, clean and good breakfast. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Would stay here again!

The hotel itself was beautiful. It was in a nice area and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area, the room was clean and cozy.

Upon check-in, the reception staff claimed that the transaction did not go through and, as a result, they debited the money 2 times, a confirmation was received from the bank. They were not satisfied with the information. Because of the New Year holidays, they planned to check the transaction in system only after 5 days. They did not want to check in the room. Apparently, the hotel does not need guests. A credit card was offered as a guarantee, but the staff copied the CVC code, claiming that it was impossible without it. After fierce discussion, the impression of the hotel was spoiled. Finally, after 10 days they tried again to write off the money from credit card.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, just a short walk from all the fun and bustle of Zona Rosa without the noise. The property itself is gorgeous and has a wonderful restaurant and bar where we had dinner. There were tons of vegetarian and vegan options too! The hotel staff was so wonderful and responsive to our requests for arranging a 3am pick up from the airport, making sure we had Covid PCR tests done first thing in the morning, connecting us with a lovely driver, and holding our luggage until our evening flight so we could explore Bogotá. Truly a wonderful experience and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel employees speak English and very professional. Our room has an awesome view of the park and the roof top is amazing. I invited 2 more friends to have breakfast with us and we all love the food - healthy and lots of choices! Overall, it's worth the price and 2 THUMBS UP!!! You must try it!

The best location ever , best people around, great service, the staff is amazing, kudos to ibeth and Julian at the reception and I will definitely be back to this awesome place, the food is amazing.

Proximity to everything

we got stole, in the last day after we did our bags we when out for around one hour and a half and they stole us from one of our bags one watch Swarovski two necklaces (one in gold and the another one in white gold with small diamonds) one brazalete Swarovski (my wedding brazalete) something that have big sentimental value one one small brazalete
