This hotel is in a great central location, close to lots of shopping and restaurant options. The street was very quiet overnight, making sleeping easy. The bed was big and quite comfortable and the room had a great view over the neighbourhood. Staff were very attentive and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, this big room was excellent value for money.

The wifi was very patchy and often not operating.

The stay was good at reasonable rate. Overall good excellent location. Walkable distance to botanical garden and rose garden. Nearby have lot of restaurant in charring cross. But there was some adour at room which can be managed. No exhaust fan at bathroom. Overall it's good at rate and location.

The staff was very friendly. They not even ask single penny for checking in. Because I a have residual my check out . So they waited for my confirmation.

The room are not much clean . Little costly tor that room.may be will get better rooms in Ooty for that price. Only advantage staff are very friendly they do all our requirements. But room size okay. But room quality are very basic.

The staff and the location of this hotel is very good and comfortable for the tourists . Also the rooms were pretty small and good to use.

There was one man was lovely at the front door that took our suitcases out of the car, only to put them back in the car

We were not allowed to stay here because apparently we didn't have an indian ID. The man at the front was terribly rude. They cancelled our booking as soon as we arrived. We feel discriminated against Left to find accommodation in Ooty on abusy Sunday afternoon .

The hosts at the reception were so helpful and took care of all our needs. We arrived at the property pretty late as we were travelling from Bangalore. They prepared out of hours dinner for us (when all the restaurants around were closed at 10:30 PM). True hospitality, thanks for going above and beyond and making our stay a memorable one in Ooty. Great location, friendly and professional staff and comfortable stay.
