There were a couple point where we were waiting for help getting down and back to the parking lot. Felt slightly short staffed, but overall not a big deal.

Dec 2019The property itself is nice and in a good location. The problem was that the air conditioning did not work. The staff new this when it was booked and when we checked in, but did not share that info until it was discovered by our stay. This was a closed room with no ventilation. Not tolerable.

Mar 2022The location, and The staff at this hotel is absolutely exceptional. They would go out of their way to help. I had an immigration problem and an employee called immigration for me and helped me straighten everything out. for this reason I’d stay here again

There was no heater inside the room.The weather was already cold. The room should have an aircon and heater option.

The privacy of each room wasn't the best, you can hear everything from your next door room and halls. My room had a bathtub and it was really uncomfortable to get in and out of the bathtub due to the glassdoor it has and the one stair to enter/exit the bathtub. I wouldn"t recommend this type of bathroom, make sure your room has a regular shower.
