Oct 2021We only stayed for one night but everything was perfect. The staff at the main desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. We had to leave 2 big suitcases there since we were visiting other cities and they allowed us to leave them there without extra charge.

Jun 2022The staff is super kind and helpful. I have never been in a hotel with such a great attention. I had cold during the night and they provided me a mobile heating. The facilities are great and it is super well located. They have one of the best breakfasts I ever had in the restaurant located downstairs and that place also have amazing food

Feb 2022The facilities are excellent, the location is great and the breakfast is unbeatable. Also, the bed is super comfortable.
I loved the first room I was given. But I had to work while traveling and the WIFI in that room was not working well. The hotel moved me to a different room which felt smaller (the bathroom was smaller and the bedroom was tighter too!). I felt somewhat downgraded for their lack of good wifi in all rooms (or the lack of an ample business center), which was kind of a bummer.

Not enough coffee in rooms for the early morning guest like me. Yes, there is coffee but Colombia is the country of coffee and rooms should have more and best coffee as an exclusive thing. Of course, the staff brought it but it wasn’t great coffee (i love good Colombian coffee so i am a little tougher than probably many guests).

They should get Netflix and other streaming services on their tv’s. Breakfast wasn’t the best but apparently they will be opening a new restaurant soon and this will improve.
