The same breakfast everyday. Receptionist was rude. Breakfast was cold. Didnt have a telephone in my room. Complained about it for 4 days and nothing was done. No apologies from staff.

Jun 2022unfortunately the room was extremely unclean. there was a rat in the room which the staff didn’t seem too concerned about addressing, in addition to the many cockroaches and broken air-conditioning. the room also floods when it rains. extremely over priced for what is advertised. note there is no gym facility although it is specifically advertised as a feature of the hotel.

Would have liked more snacks on the menu as well as full meals. My sheets and towels were not changed during my seven (7) night stay. Maybe change them once every 3 - 4 days?
