Mar 2022very helpful staff. I had issues with the AC and TV and someone came to my room immediately and resolved them quickly.

Oct 2022Very good value for the money. Not the cheapest hotel but very solid for the price! Very clean, spacious, good AC, good breakfast and decent food in the restaurant, Netflix in the room. Overall awesome hotel!

Nov 2021The staff were terrific. There is a laundry/lavandería on the corner. Good restaurants close by.
Not much of a good view from the rooms.
Good for single/couple that passing by. not good for working as no good wifi or desk.

The wifi is really bad in the rooms, not usable (only in the lobby, there are no chairs or tables to sit and work there)
The AC working good but feels like you have a tractor in the room
The faucets looking new but not maintained, for example, in our room the faucets were leaking and kind of broken.

Breakfast was a nice buffet
On the first day I saw a cockroach in the bathroom.
We did not have running water during most of the stay because in the room accros the hall was under construction. They started hammering at 8:00 am(!)
We did not have electricity on the second day due to a blackout they said so that was just unlucky.
When we told them about the construction in the morning (which they should have known) they offered a different room but it took 2 hours before we could get in and finally take a shower.
Luckily we asked if we could get free breakfast because they did not offer it themselves so we didn't have to wait the full 2 hours in the lobby.
We also got a much smaller room than we booked which was no problem to us since we could finally shower but we were suprised when they asked the same price.
I guess not all customers will have this experience and I hope they won't. Because if you are unhappy in this hotel, don't expect the quality service you would expect of the place.

Oct 2021the hotel and the rooms are clean, all is practical and the staff is friendly. our room didnt have any view, but it was veeery quiet. it has a comfortable safe and free parking and its very close to the metro and quite close to the balboa area.
the breakfast was a bit basic. more or less all was fried and except from the fruits it wasnt possible to eat a bit healthy :-(

Dec 2018The cleaning is impeccable, bedroom very spacious, bed and bathroom very comfy, good location, nice staff, new building, good internet connection.
The breakfast could be better but it's reasonable.
the money i paid was totally worth it.

Staff was really helpful with extending my check-out without cost and storing my luggage until my flight in the evening.

Dec 2022Spacious room with comfy beds and lots of surfaces to put our stuff on. Nice breakfast room on the 6th floor with views over the city. Breakfast was decent. A/C worked well. 24h reception.
There was nowhere to hang towels after use. A few hooks in the bathroom would be nice. The neighborhood doesn’t exactly invite for a stroll around the block - the safe way to get to places is by taxi or Uber. There seemed to be a lot of hair on the floor (not ours).
