Oct 2022the property is located in a great location. we had some really loud children running around the knocking on doors and being super obnoxious. The hotel moved us rooms and that was great. the staff is amazing. super friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

They could improve the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast room is so small that there is not enough room to seat the guests. There was over half an hour wait to be seated. So we skipped breakfast and went to a coffee shop around the corner.

Aug 2021The hotel is located in Downtown Haifa, within short walking distance from the Bahai Gardens, and from the port compound, where you can find many nice bars and pubs for evening entertainment.
the hotel have a free parking lot.
breakfast was Israeli-rich breakfast buffet.
the hotel staff was kind and helpful. the room was well-equipped, and we got a complementary plate with cheese and fruits, chocolate and wine.
There were only two towels, and it is not enough for couple, especially not in the hot and humid Israeli summer

The food was horrible. Everything was dry and tasteless, we weren't even offered an omelette or basic stuff like that during breakfast. For the price we paid (about 250$ per night + we had to pay tax on arrival) the experience was very bad value.
Also room had a lot of noise from the hall and (I think) the AC.
