If one wants to have a lovely stay with lovely delicious food .Just book it without thinking .
Jul 2021The room was awsum.Food was tasty ,fresh and delicious.Hotel had followed all measures to keep hotel hygiene.All safety measures were taken care.Covid guidelines were followed strictly.
Overall good experience.
Just suggestion :- It would be best if they have some soft drinks ,chocolates in refrigerator .Apart from this,all were good.

Feb 2022The breakfast spread is very good and the food quality is excellent. tho hotel is very well located and takes rougly 30 min to reach from the airport.
The bed was very soft and pillows were not comfortable but over all the hotel is very good for stay.

Instead Of Explaining That It's The GST He Smirked And Made Me Look Like I Am Booking The Hotel Of Such Kind For The First Time Which I In My Opinion Does Not Expect From A Hotel Staff Of Such Grandeur.

Sep 2021Staff was very hospitable and friendly, room service is excellent. Room was well equipped with everything I need for short stay including an iron and iron board, electronic safe for valuable, mini refrigerator, etc.
I had taken a smoking room, the floor was stinking of smoke as I stepped out elevator. The exhaust / ventilation wasn't proper it seem. Also, I had ordered stuff from outside and I have to come down and go outside hotel to take delivery, at least there should be some provision for delivery at hotel lobby.

Oct 2021Room was properly sanitised and bed was comfortable, these were the only two positives.
Hotel staff service was extremely poor, they made us wait more than one hour to checkin. Atlast we have to talk to the manager for room allotment. Constant power cut makes our visit horrible. We almost stuck at the lift because of that. Also in our room, its hard to take rest because powercut happening frequently. I regret to spend 4k for this third class service.

repeated breakfast menu, stayed for three nights and breakfast was same everyday at the restaurant. more varieties needed to be added in the breakfast and buffet menu. need regular fumigation in the lobby area.

Aug 2022dirty toilet , stained bed sheet and very old towels . Many times power cut during a night stay. could not sleep well due to power on/off which letting AC shutdown. Not expected these nuisance from a 5 start hotel chain!!
