My suite on the 8th floor was stunning (wasn't expecting a jacuzzi in my room). Breakfast was very tasty and plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here!!
I think the addition of a swimming pool would make this hotel perfect!!

Jul 2022The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The most amazing part was the staff. You could not ask for a better group of people. They go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone. When I return I will definitely stay there again.
In centre and very good for money

I asked to make our last days of honeymoon special in the request while booking. when we arrived they had given away our room and we had to stay in the room with two separate beds. for this misunderstanding they did not offer any compensation.
they claim they have a spa- in the reality it’s a steam room that does not heat up to the level that you can actually purposefully use it. when I told it to staff they just smiled and did nothing about it so I suppose it just does not work.
the room was cold- 21 degrees and the thermostat did not work neither did the aircon heat. we asked it to be fixed and they brought a small heater that did not help at all. in bogota it gets quite cold and 21 degrees in a room was very low for us after coming from Cartagena- 29 degrees.
